Representatives from Otsuka Chemical America and Otsuka Chemical Japan participated in this year’s SAE Brake Exhibition to promote TERRACESS and TISMO brand of advanced potassium titanate friction material. The event was well attended and many visitors approached the Otsuka Chemical booth to learn about titanate products. Nearly 70 exhibitors and 700 visitors from all over the world attended the annual tradeshow which was held at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes in Orlando, Florida from September 22nd – 25th.
This 4-day event gives decision makers in the brake industry an opportunity to keep up with significant changes in brake development. A place where executives, engineers, and research professionals alike can share the latest science in brake technology to help shape the future.
Many topics were discussed at the numerous technical sessions held throughout the event, including using innovation to make braking systems safer for consumers and the environment. Other discussions included new advances in brake component design and reducing brake emissions.
The 38th Annual SAE Brake Colloquium & Exhibition will take place in San Antonio, Texas from October 11th – 14th, 2020. See you there!
